A Late January Wrap-Up!

Heyo Bookaholics!

Today I bring to you a very late January Wrap-Up, brought to you by my friend who I am probably letting down by writing this post and not doing the group assignment.

In the month of January I managed to read 3 books:

  • Gregory and The Grimbockle by Melanie Schubert, who was lovely enough to send me a copy. I posted a review if this book last month and I also did an interview with the author which can be found here.
  • Turtles All The Way Down by John Green was the second book of the month. I have linked my review above also.
  • Storm and Grace by Kathryn Heyman was sent to me by Allen and Unwin a while back and I had put it off because it didn’t sound like my type of read. Last month I thought I should finally give it a go and it was a wild read. I recommend you read my review (linked above) before picking up the book because it is not for everyone.

Hey Ho Bookaholics And Humans Alike!

You see, I was originally planning to do a Christmas book haul for my Wednesday post this week, but there has been so much going on I decided to skip it and add my December haul into this yearly wrap-up post.

I expect this post to be long, so without further babble, let’s jump into it!

October/ November GIANT Book Haul + Reading

Hey Ho Bookaholics!

November was the most successful reading month of 2017 for not the best reason…

Although, It along with October, was a very successful book collection month. I forgot to post my October book haul at the beginning of this month, so it will be incorporated into this post, making it possibly my biggest haul this year!

July Book Haul!

Hey Ho Bookaholics!

Not only has July ended, but so has my uni holidays 😦

Unlike when I first started this blog, every month I have been acquiring more and more books; and trust me when I say that I am in no way disappointed by this. Rather I am quite thrilled that I have been able to work hard to gift myself these books, and on most occasions find bargains to save myself money for other things.

Here are 5 of the 6 books I bought this month, not in order of purchase date, but in order of size.

I readΒ ReleaseΒ by Patrick Ness for the BookTubeAthon 2017 and posted a spoilerish review on Monday, which can be viewed if you click this link or on the word above.

I also have a post of mini reviews for the Harry Potter series which includes my thoughts on The Prisoner of Azkaban,Β which I published a while ago, which can be accessed via this link or the link above.

And the last book I bought, but don’t anticipate to read for a long while is;

  • The Trials Of Apollo: The Dark Prophecy by Rick Riordan

I purchased this one from K-mart, because it is a large paperback and they dissapear after being on the shelves for a couple of months, also it matched my equally unread copy ofΒ The Hidden Oracle I purchased last year.

.

Stay Happy, Healthy, and have a Lovely Week!!

.

Thank You so much for reading! I hope to see you all back Monday for another review πŸ™‚

September/ October Wrap Up

Hey Ho Bookaholics!

I am surprising even myself to say that I have kept up with my blogging schedule in these past few weeks. This exam period has been the absolute worst! I have had my ups and downs and with only one more exam to go, I am more stressed than ever especially because my last one if English Language. It is my most important exam and the one I am least prepared for, as I surprisingly hate English as a subject.

I have a lot of favourites in these past two months. I have accumulated some posts that I want to share with you all, books I enjoyed and books I bought, as well as a couple of announcements, one of which is Instagram related.
